New Frontier Van Lines, a licensed interstate broker, is not a motor carrier authorized by the Federal Government to transport your, the individual shipper’s, household goods, and New Frontier Van Lines is only coordinating and arranging for an authorized household goods motor carrier to perform the transportation services, and if applicable, any additional services such as but not limited to: (i) Binding and nonbinding estimates. (ii) Inventorying. (iii) Protective packing and unpacking of individual items at personal residences. Or (iv) Loading and unloading at personal residences.
